This project, one of our earliest designs was a very large "remodel / addition" project which was done for young developer client. He had purchased the property which had a 1930's Tudor style house relatively “modest” in size but had good bones and it adhered to the Tudor style quite accurately not to mention the details of the framing having different construction tolerances from the past. So, the challenge was to match new design with equal accuracy and sensitivity to the original. I feel that we met these requirement successfully.
